At KURTICO, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for size issues if it is not a mistake from our side, or change of mind.

2. Proof Requirement

• Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
• The video must:
  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed package
  • Capture the damage to the product
• Without a valid unboxing video, return requests will not be approved.

3. Return Request Timeline

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Return Process

• To initiate a return:
  • Contact our support team with your order details and unboxing video proof
  • Once verified, we will provide further instructions

5. Refund Policy

• After the returned product is received and inspected:
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

6. Important Notes

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• KURTICO reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions
